Real Estate & Asset Management administers all leases at University Village. Tenants wishing to discuss available retail lease space, and departments needing office space within the University Village should contact Kathy Logan (klogan@re.usc.edu, (213) 821-2829). All leasing related inquiries should be directed to Real Estate & Asset Management and not to the property managers.

Maintenance

University Village has on-site property managers available during normal business hours Monday through Friday. They are the tenants’ main source for all maintenance or service requests.
